Case Overview: Mr. Tong Xi entrusted Seapoe Relo with shipping the furniture and belongings from his Shanghai home to Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Tong Xi stayed in Shanghai to work for many years after some early opportunities came his way, and now, due to a job change, he has decided to return to Japan to live. His years of life in Shanghai had left him with a great deal of furniture and belongings he was reluctant to part with, and on top of that he had many everyday items to bring back to Japan, so he simply decided to ship everything he could take from his Shanghai home by sea to Tokyo, Japan.

Through a recommendation from a good friend in Shanghai, Mr. Tong Xi got in touch with a consultant at "熙浦国际搬家". After learning about Mr. Tong Xi's needs, the consultant arranged for a supervisor to visit Mr. Tong Xi's Shanghai home for an on-site assessment and measurement, and then tailored a dedicated shipping plan for Mr. Tong Xi. With Mr. Tong Xi's approval, the "熙浦" packing team came to his home and carefully packed all the furniture and belongings. Mr. Tong Xi had many collectible figurines and porcelain pieces, all of which are fragile items. After reinforcing them with pearl cotton and hard cardboard, the "熙浦" packing team also packed these items into fumigation-free wooden crates. Once everything was confirmed to be fully protected, the goods were loaded onto the ship to await arrival at the seaport!

More than a month later, all of Mr. Tong Xi's furniture and belongings were delivered safely to his home in Tokyo. Colleagues from "熙浦" in Japan helped unload all the furniture and belongings, carry them up to the designated spots on the fourth floor, and arrange them neatly; they also helped Mr. Tong Xi assemble the simple large pieces of furniture, and took away all the on-site rubbish before leaving.
