Last year, Ms. Ru bought a new home in Tokyo, Japan. In search of soft furnishings for her new home, she visited almost every furniture store in Tokyo but could not find furniture that was both reasonably priced and to her liking. Seapoe offers 30 days of free storage and has its own warehouse in Guangzhou, so all furniture and items could be sent to Seapoe's Guangzhou warehouse gradually for collection. Seapoe also helped with unpacking, photographing, and inspection, and replaced furniture that did not meet shipping standards with international transport packaging that qualifies for duty-free conditions. Once all the furniture arrived, it was ready for shipment!

After more than a month at sea, Ms. Ru received all her furniture and items in perfect condition. Afterwards, Ms. Ru shared the receiving process she filmed at home with the Seapoe specialist and praised them, saying, "The whole process went very smoothly! The delivery staff were very professional—they carefully laid down carpet and wall protection, disassembled and placed all the furniture and items exactly where I specified, and even helped take away all the packaging waste before leaving!
